Website Troubleshooting for Nonprofit

I need assistance with troubleshooting my nonprofit scholarship fund website. The main issue I'm experiencing is broken links, which need to be identified and fixed. The website is built on WordPress, so familiarity with this platform is essential.
The website was built by a programmer who assured me it was working.
We are suppose to receive applications from the website in google forms once complete. The applications are not making it to Google Forms and I don't know why.
Have tried to contact the programmer but he is unavailable; our application deadline is 7/19/2025 so I'm desperate to find the source of this program and resolve it.
