Ad-Supported Video Streaming Web App

I’m ready to turn a library of video content into a revenue stream and need a developer who can deliver a full-featured web application that plays nicely with ad networks.

Core needs
• Responsive video-streaming site: smooth playback on desktop and mobile browsers using HTML5, HLS/DASH, or a comparable standard.
• Ad monetisation: native integration with services such as Google AdSense / Ad Manager (pre-roll, mid-roll, display slots around the player) with tracking connected to my account.
• Content management: an admin panel where I can upload, tag, schedule, and remove videos without touching code.
• Basic user experience elements: search, categories, watch-next suggestions, and a clean, modern UI.
• Analytics: dashboards or hooks for viewer counts, watch time, and ad performance.

Tech is up to you—React, Vue, Laravel, Node.js, Django, or another modern stack—as long as it is well-documented, secure, and easy for me to maintain. Deployment can be on AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar; include instructions so I can scale when traffic grows.

Acceptance criteria
1. Videos stream smoothly and adapt to bandwidth changes.
2. Ads display at the configured points and report impressions/clicks correctly.
3. Admin panel functions without errors and requires authentication.
4. Code is clean, commented, and delivered via a private repo with a short README for setup.
