Menu Data & Content Specialist – Upload Menus, Pictures & Dietary Tags
Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help us clean and update our restaurant/vendor menus on our platform. The work is mostly data entry and organization, but accuracy is critical.
What you’ll do:
Upload menu item pictures (files provided).
Add/update menu item details (ingredients, portions, descriptions).
Tag items correctly with dietary labels (gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, halal, nut-free, etc.).
Ensure all menus are complete, consistent, and user-friendly.
Double-check formatting, spelling, and missing information.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or CMS content management.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with dietary tags/food categories (a plus).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic photo editing skills (crop/resize) is a bonus.
Project Scope:
One-time cleanup of menus across multiple vendors.
Potential for ongoing work (new vendor menus, seasonal updates, etc.).
