Simple Website Maintenance & Updates
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I run three small sites that sit on a lightweight, custom back-end (nothing as mainstream as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal). Each month I’ll send over a folder of new images plus an event sheet, and I need you to log in, swap out the old photos, add the fresh ones, and make sure every date, time, and note in the on-site calendars matches the sheet I provide.
The interface is straightforward—think basic file manager and a custom calendar module—so the job is less about complex development and more about careful, consistent upkeep. Reliability is key: I’ll give you the credentials, you confirm the updates are live, and we move on to the next month.
Acceptance is simple:
• All supplied images visible and properly sized on the correct pages.
• Calendars reflect the current month’s events exactly as listed, with no stray or outdated entries.
• A quick confirmation email (or screenshot) showing the changes.
If you’re comfortable with simple CMS dashboards, light HTML edits, and punctual monthly turnarounds, let’s get started.
