Rustic Rental Property Website Build
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a warm, rustic-looking WordPress site that showcases my two vacation rentals and grows with us as we add new services. The domain is ready and I already own a premium WordPress template that ships with a scheduling/booking module; you will be custom-tailoring that theme rather than starting from scratch.
Core build
• Two stand-alone property pages, each with photo galleries, amenity lists, a live availability calendar and a “Book Now” flow.
• A dedicated Weddings & Events page that can capture inquiries for on-site ceremonies or gatherings.
• Blog, About, and FAQ pages styled consistently with the rest of the site.
• Easy-to-add Customer Testimonials section so I can highlight reviews as they come in.

Integrations that must work seamlessly
• Real-time scheduling and booking built into the theme.
• Secure payment processing at checkout (Stripe or WooCommerce Payments—open to the best fit).
• Sync with our Airbnb and VRBO listings so calendars stay up-to-date in both directions (iCal or a suitable PMS plug-in).
Future-proofing
The site architecture should make it simple for me to bolt on new pages—Spa, Excursions, whatever comes next—without a full redesign. Please keep that in mind with your menu structure, widget areas and template sections.
Tech notes & delivery
I will give you WordPress admin access, the theme ZIP, the domain registrar log-in and hosting credentials. Final hand-off includes:
1. Fully configured live site on my server.
2. Written guide (or quick Loom walkthrough) showing how to add pages, edit rates, manage bookings and issue refunds.
3. A short list of installed plug-ins and any licenses I need to renew.
