Revamp SGJSS Site Navigation Google Ad Grants Expert for Indian NGO – $10k/mo Account Management

We are a registered Indian NGO (SGJSS) with an active Google Ad Grants account. We need a specialist who understands the specific nuances of Grant accounts (e.g., the $2 bid limit vs. Smart Bidding, 5% CTR requirement).
Scope of Work:
Full account audit and compliance check.
Keyword research focused on Indian donor intent and CSR keywords.
Set up of at least 15 Responsive Search Ads across 4 campaigns.
Implementation of GA4 conversion tracking for our "Donate" page.
Monthly optimization for 3 months to ensure the account is not suspended.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Ad Grants (Please share a screenshot of a previous Grant account managed).
Knowledge of the Indian NGO landscape is a plus.
