Recreate PDF Forms with Gravity Forms

Job ID: 39681645

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Build Gravity Forms from PDF Forms + Export JSON

Description:

I'm looking for a freelancer experienced with Gravity Forms in WordPress to recreate two PDF forms as fully functional Gravity Forms and export them as JSON files for import into my site.

The two forms are:

1. MLS Listing Data Form (Single Family, Rhode Island)

2. Rhode Island Single Family/Condo Sales Disclosure Form

These are detailed forms with a mix of required and optional fields — including:

Text fields

Dropdowns

Checkboxes

Radio buttons

Signature fields

Your job will be to:

Recreate each form accurately using Gravity Forms

Identify and tag all required fields (clearly marked in the PDFs)

Organize the forms into logical sections or pages for ease of use. They currently have good section headings

Export and deliver each form as a Gravity Forms JSON file. Import they must me created in Gravity forms then exported as json files not created in Gravity Forms can't be uploaded

Optional / Planned Feature:

Please structure the forms in a way that would make it easy to later add a toggle for the user to choose between:

“Show required fields only”

“Show all fields”

This just means making sure all optional fields are clearly grouped so they can be hidden or shown based on that selection later — no need to implement the logic now, just set it up cleanly for the future.

Requirements:

Solid experience with Gravity Forms

Strong attention to detail — these are legal/MLS forms

Ability to translate complex PDFs into clean digital forms

Bonus if you:

Have experience with real estate forms

Can offer layout suggestions for better UX
Please share examples of Gravity Forms you've built — especially longer or compliance-heavy ones.

Eight additional and smaller forms also available if this works out.
