Portfolio Categorization & Case-Study Upload

My design portfolio—currently tagged under “Data Entry” and structured neatly by project name—needs a tidy, methodical refresh. All source material lives in JPEG/PNG and PDF formats, and I want each project transformed into a polished case study that can be showcased on my portfolio website.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Download every file from its current location.
• Use ChatGPT (or a comparable AI-writing assistant) to draft concise, engaging case-study copy for each project—overview, process, outcome, and a brief reflection.
• Re-categorize the work so visitors can filter projects intuitively once they land on the site.
• Upload the curated images and finished write-ups to the correct pages on my portfolio platform, double-checking layout, alt text, and links.
Acceptance criteria
– Every project appears under its new category with at least one hero image and the AI-generated narrative.
– All images render crisply, are properly labeled, and match the existing site style.
– No orphaned files or broken links after migration.
