Organize My Writing Notes
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m ready to turn years of scattered personal notes into a streamlined resource that actually supports my writing and businesses instead of slowing it down. Right now those notes live in three places—handwritten pages, typed documents, and short voice recordings. I need an orderly method to help me organize all of this whether that’s a sketch from a notebook, an idea typed at 2 a.m., or a memo I recorded on a walk.
The core of this job is to:
• help me set up some system on my computer that I can gather these notes
• help me create a workflow for each type of note I take
• recommend or set up the right digital workspace (Notion, Evernote, Scrivener, or another proven tool—open to what you know works)
If you have solid experience as an executive assistant transforming disordered notes into a usable system for writers—especially when multiple formats are involved—tell me about it in your proposal.
