'Take a Pledge' page which should capture details from the website user like -
Name,
Age,
Gender,
Mobile Number,
Email Address,
How many liters of water they want to save,
How many participants want to participate in these 2 water saving initiatives,
On successfully filling the form, auto generate a 'Certificate' with either download/email functionality.
