Medical Training Course Website Development

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to create a comprehensive online training platform for medical personnel. The courses will be offered online and should include the following features:

Content Delivery:
- Recorded tutorials
- Interactive quizzes
- PDFs, images, and external links, presentations

User Access:
- Courses will be both free and paid. Users will purchase memberships as opposed to individual courses.

More information:
- We will launch with three courses, but possibly 50 in the long run.
- Courses include lessons, topics, prerequisites, course progression, assignments
- Quizzes will have multiple choice, true/false, pass marks, multiple attempts, instant feedback
- Users received course completion certificates, CPD points, accreditation
