Consultant for Video and Image Content Management

We're looking for someone to assist a project team keep track of hundreds of video files coming from multiple sources, which will need to be curated, selections cut into clips, and then produced. The Production part we have covered but we need assistance from someone who is excellent at cataloging, managing tags, and being able to find content when needed. A Nondisclosure Agreement will be required. Expecting 20+ hours per week for at least the next 3-4 weeks. Professionals, please. Thanks.
