Concrete5 Website Technician
Budget: $20 – $30 NZD
We are looking for someone to give us tech support over the next 1-2 years on our existing Concrete 5 website. It is hosted with GoDaddy.
The bloke who did our website originally moved to the UK in 2020, and we now have a few issues that are beyond our knowledge to fix! We would just need ad-hoc support, pretty much just fixing any issues that might come up that we can’t fix ourselves. Right now, we have 2 issues:
• Shopping cart issues, that would need you to work with Snipcart’s support team to resolve (priority)
• Email integration issues – there is a fix on the Concrete 5 website for this but it is beyond our knowledge to implement (not urgent, we have a workaround)
Prior experience with Concrete 5 websites is required.
