Blog Portfolio for Google-Certificate Marketer
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’ve just completed the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce certificate and now need an online home that showcases my skills to remote-first employers. I picture a streamlined blog-style portfolio where every post tells a piece of my personal story and career journey, while pages such as “Projects” and “Certifications” make it effortless for hiring managers to verify my capabilities.
The job in a nutshell
• Plan the site architecture so visitors immediately see who I am, what I’ve done, and how to contact me.
• Set up and customise a modern, responsive blogging platform—WordPress, Webflow, or any tool you’re comfortable with that supports a clean blog layout and easy CMS updates.
• Design the look and feel: simple, recruiter-friendly, with subtle personality that still lets the content shine.
• Curate and organise my existing assets (course projects, certificates, campaign mock-ups) into pages or post series, then create templates so I can keep adding new stories without breaking the design.
• Load the first batch of content (about page, 3–5 sample posts focused on my personal journey, and a projects overview) and optimise it for basic SEO and LinkedIn sharing.
Acceptance criteria
– Site is live on my chosen domain, fully responsive, and passes Google PageSpeed basic thresholds.
– Navigation, posts, and project pages are clearly structured and editable from the CMS.
– Initial content is formatted, proof-read, and ready for employer eyes.
– I receive a short hand-over guide so I can publish future career stories on my own.
If you have a knack for blending storytelling with clean UX and you can get me up and running quickly, I’d love to hear your approach and timeline.
