Technical Document Copywriting and Transliteration

Job ID: 40135930

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

I need an experienced writer who can take raw technical documentation and turn it into clear, engaging copy that reads naturally to a non-expert while still preserving every engineering nuance. Once the copy is finalized, I also need the same documents transliterated into the requested script so the terminology carries across accurately.

You will receive source briefs, reference diagrams, and the existing draft text. I expect you to reshape the language for flow and consistency, tighten any jargon, and verify that every specification remains intact. When that is complete, produce a clean transliteration of the final draft.

Deliverables:
• Polished English technical copy, ready for publishing
• One matching transliterated version in the target script
• A short change log so I can follow any critical edits

A background in engineering, IT, or similar technical fields will help you grasp the material quickly, and familiarity with standard tools such as Microsoft Word or Google Docs will streamline collaboration. If you have questions while working through the content, flag them early so we stay in sync.

I’m looking to start immediately and would appreciate a realistic timeframe for the first document once you review the source files.
