TOEIC Beginner Course Content Developer

I am looking for an experienced TOEIC content developer to create a comprehensive beginner-level, asynchronous online course. This course is aimed at learners preparing for the TOEIC Listening and Reading test and will be hosted on a Learning Management System (LMS). The course should consist of approximately 50 hours of engaging and well-structured content.

Key Requirements:
- Develop interactive lessons including video lectures, interactive exercises, and audio recordings
- Create downloadable materials such as study guides, practice tests, and lecture notes
- Design quizzes featuring multiple-choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank questions
- Ensure content is engaging, educational, and suitable for self-paced learning
