Retirement Workshop Materials Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m organising a retirement-planning workshop that will be attended by pre-retirees, retirees, and a few financial advisors, and I need a cohesive set of learning materials to go with it. The core of the job is to take my detailed outline (roughly eight modules, each about 90 minutes long) and turn it into a polished slide deck, a participant workbook, and a set of concise handouts that reinforce the key takeaways.
I’m looking for a visual style that feels professional yet approachable—think clean layouts, calming colours, and a handful of simple graphics or icons that make the content easier to absorb without overwhelming the reader. The language must stay plain-English: no heavy jargon, no pitchy sales copy, just straightforward guidance on topics such as income planning, healthcare costs, lifestyle design, and mindset shifts in retirement.
Deliverables
• PowerPoint slide deck, ready to present (approx. 60–70 slides, speaker notes included).
• Printable workbook in Word or InDesign (20–25 pages) with space for exercises, check-ins, and reflection prompts.
• One-page handouts per module (PDF) that summarise key points and action steps.
Everything should share consistent fonts, colour palette, and iconography. I’ll supply my content outline plus a few sample charts; you’ll take care of layout, light graphic work, and proofreading. Final files must be editable (no flattened PDFs).
If you have experience creating educational materials for adult learners—especially around finance or life-planning—let’s talk timelines and your preferred workflow.
