OCD ERP Training Support Assistant
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for a sharp pair of hands to help me get our clinician-training materials over the finish line. The core of the job is taking a very large library—more than 1,000 draft exposure exercises that span OCD, phobias, panic disorder, GAD and BDD—and shaping it into polished, training-ready content. Because clinical accuracy is non-negotiable, I need someone who already understands exposure and response prevention from a clinical psychology or mental-health perspective.
Here’s what you’ll actually do over the next one to three weeks (starting as soon as you’re cleared to begin and wrapping no later than 11-14-2025):
• Develop any missing exposure hierarchies so every major OCD theme—contamination, harm, symmetry and beyond—has clear, graded steps.
• Following our template for each exposure topic to cover:

• Review and refine the existing examples, correcting language, ensuring proper ERP structure and eliminating duplicates.
• Organize everything into a clean, consistent format that can drop straight into our Training Institute curriculum.
You’ll work remotely, set your own schedule, and log hours in the $6–$7 range; my focus is on output and accuracy rather than clock-watching. If you bring the clinical know-how and an eye for detail, I’ll supply the source material and quick feedback loops so you can move fast. We require daily reports submitted to understand how many sheets completed per day, for communication transparency.
Final deliverable: a well-structured, error-free collection of exposure hierarchies, ready for immediate use in therapist training. Let’s make these materials shine.
