Leadership Development Program Design

I am looking for an experienced Instructional Designer / Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant to design a 6-module Leadership Development Program to be delivered next month for a professional audience.

This is a content design and program structuring project, not just writing slides. The work should reflect strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development, and corporate training.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for the following:

Finalise 6 leadership module topics, learning outcomes, and logical learning sequence

Develop participant workbook and practical exercises for each module

Recommend facilitator profiles / subject matter experts (role descriptions only, not hiring)

Create a leadership assessment and pre-program survey

Develop a participant onboarding checklist

Design an evaluation framework (preferably aligned to Kirkpatrick or similar models)

Deliverables

Leadership assessment & pre-program survey (Word / Google Form format)

Onboarding checklist (Word)

Evaluation framework document (Word)

Optional: High-level PPT outline (if required)

All content must be original, professional, and suitable for corporate audience.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer / L&D Consultant / Leadership Development Specialist
Strong understanding of adult learning principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s, Kirkpatrick, etc.)
Experience designing leadership or management training programsAbility to create practical exercises, assessments, and evaluation tools
Excellent written English (business/professional level)
Experience working with clients preferred
