Empower Youth With Jobs and Support
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
My vision is straightforward: I want to see more young people and students move confidently from education into meaningful work. To make that happen, I need a partner who can help me translate this goal into a practical, scalable initiative.
Here’s what I already know
• Audience: youth and students—those finishing school, in college, or just beginning to explore the job market.
• Mission: give them the guidance, resources, and structure that turn ambition into employability and real jobs.
Where I need your expertise
1. Programme design – outline clear pathways (work-readiness training, career exploration, skills workshops, or any hybrid you recommend) that fit different education levels.
2. Resource development – create concise, engaging materials (lesson slides, workbooks, online modules, guides) that students can access independently or through facilitators.
3. Implementation roadmap – map partnerships with schools, community centres, and potential employers; schedule pilot phases; suggest low-cost digital platforms for delivery.
4. Impact metrics – propose simple, trackable KPIs so we can prove the programme works and refine it over time.
Deliverables
• A written programme blueprint (PDF or Google Doc)
• Supporting content samples (1–2 lesson outlines or module mock-ups)
• Roll-out timeline with milestones and success indicators
Acceptance criteria
• All materials must be youth-friendly, jargon-free, and ready for adaptation to different regions.
• The plan should stand on its own—another facilitator must be able to pick it up and run with minimal questions.
• Key metrics must be measurable within the first six months of launch.
If you have a background in career coaching, curriculum design, social impact programmes, or similar initiatives for young audiences, I’d love to see how you can shape this vision into something tangible and effective.
