Elementary ELA Curriculum and Guide Developer

Teacher Guide Developer – Grammar & Writing (Grades 1–3)

We’re looking for an experienced educator to help develop a teacher guide that supports grammar and writing instruction for Grades 1–3. This guide will be used by other teachers, so it must be engaging, consistent, and crystal clear.

Requirements:

Must have taught English Language Arts to Grades 1, 2, or 3

Experience writing or contributing to a teacher guide or curriculum

Comfortable using AI tools to streamline writing, but able to ensure human-level clarity and consistency

Strong sense of how to make instruction fun, practical, and easy to follow

Must be available to take on a significant amount of work this month

Bonus if you:

Have experience with structured literacy or explicit grammar instruction

Are familiar with programs like The Writing Revolution, 6 Traits, or similar

This is a part-time, project-based role with flexible hours — but we are seeking someone who can jump in right away and dedicate time this month to move the project forward quickly.
