I have a set of existing pieces—articles, web copy and supporting text—that read well enough but still feel rough around the edges. I want every sentence to flow cleanly, reflect a consistent voice and ultimately make the reading experience effortless for my audience. Your assignment is to step in as an editor: tighten the language, fix any structural hiccups, refine tone, and return the material so it feels polished, clear and user-friendly.
I’ll supply the documents in their current form along with brief notes about audience, brand voice and any must-keep phrases. You revise directly in Word or Google Docs, using tracked changes so I can see exactly what was adjusted. When you’re done, I should have two files per piece—a clean final version ready to publish and an annotated version showing every edit.
