On-site Female Instagram Video Creator
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I need a female content creator who can be on-site from 9 AM to 5 PM at my studio (locations rotate between Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal, and Delhi). Your main focus will be video content for Instagram—short Reels, behind-the-scenes clips, and day-in-the-life stories that keep our feed lively and authentic.
HR looks are irrelevant here; what matters is your comfort in front of and behind the camera, your ability to brainstorm fresh concepts quickly, and your knack for shooting and editing vertical video that feels native to the platform. You’ll have access to a well-lit setup, microphones, ring lights, and a phone gimbal. If you prefer DSLR or mirrorless gear, feel free to bring it along.
Typical day:
• Plan two to three engaging Reel ideas around trending audio or product highlights
• Shoot, edit, and caption each video in-house (CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush is fine)
• Schedule or post directly to our Instagram account, using relevant hashtags and tags we supply
Acceptance criteria:
• At least two publish-ready Reels posted per day, exported in 1080 × 1920, under 60 seconds
• Captions free of spelling errors and containing agreed hashtags
• Raw footage and project files handed over at day’s end
