I’m looking for a long-term content editor / course production assistant to help me build and manage my online content and course.
A bit about me:
I’m a 28-year-old police officer based in Adelaide, Australia, and over the past several years I’ve built a 14-property investment portfolio worth approximately $10 million while working a normal full-time job.
Alongside this, I run my own property business with one co-founder where we help clients purchase investment properties as buyer’s agents.
Over the last 3–6 months I’ve been building an online course that teaches people how to build wealth through property investing — specifically showing how it’s possible to build a large portfolio even while working a normal income job, just like I did.
The goal of the course is to educate and inspire everyday Australians that financial freedom through property is achievable with the right strategy, discipline and mindset.
What I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for someone who can help with the production and content side of the business so I can focus on teaching, filming and growing the brand.
Ideally this person would assist with:
Course Production
Editing course lessons
Adding graphics, slides and visual elements
Structuring lessons and modules
Helping improve course presentation
Advice on course setup and delivery platforms
Content Creation / Editing
Editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Subtitles / captions
Hooks and engaging edits
Turning long videos into multiple short clips
Basic thumbnail or visual design if needed
Social Media Support
Organising and scheduling content
Helping structure a content strategy
Repurposing content from longer videos
General Production Support
Advice on recording setup
Camera / microphone / lighting recommendations
Improving video and audio quality
Helping create a professional online presence
The Vision:
The intention is to build a high-quality property education platform and personal brand around my story and experience.
My background (police officer → property investor → business owner) is something I believe will resonate with a lot of people, and I want to present this content in a professional and engaging way.
This will likely be a long-term collaboration if we work well together.
