I am looking for content creator for creating videos for youtube

I have a video which needs to be made in presentable format

I want to make videos for marketing on social media platforms ( Instagram , yourtube etc ),
just have been making some brochures on canva

The video is very fast. I want to know how to reduce the speed of the video and match with voice over.
I want to use either AI Voice over text to voice or voice cloner of my voice. Suggestion whatever is better.
