YouTube & LinkedIn Lead Strategy

Job ID: 39845770

Budget: £5 – £10 GBP

I’m ready to turn YouTube and LinkedIn into our primary lead engines and need the entire framework built and documented so my in-house team can take the reins once it’s live. We already sit on a rich library of videos, slide decks, and blog posts; I want those assets transformed into compelling product demos, case studies, and testimonial-style pieces that speak directly to decision-makers.

Your mission starts with opening and fully optimising both platforms—channel art, keywords, playlists and end-screens on YouTube, plus a polished LinkedIn Company Page and any relevant Showcase Pages or Groups. From there I’ll need a cohesive strategy that ties the two networks together: audience definition, content cadence, posting formats, paid vs organic tactics, and clear lead-capture flows (UTM-tagged links, LinkedIn lead gen forms, YouTube cards, etc.).

When you hand everything over, I want a playbook my team can follow without guessing. It should include:

• A 90-day content calendar populated with repurposed pieces from our existing library
• Creative guidelines (tone, thumbnails, copy length, hashtags, CTAs)
• Recommended tools for scheduling, basic editing, and analytics monitoring
• KPI dashboards already connected to YouTube Studio and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, showing how we’ll track leads, cost-per-lead, and engagement touchpoints
• A short Loom walkthrough or similar video that tours the setup and explains daily/weekly tasks

I’m measuring success by how quickly we can move prospects from first view to booked call, so every element of the strategy needs that lead-gen lens. If you have recent examples of similar hand-off projects, feel free to reference them; otherwise, let’s dive straight into the roadmap.
