• Write concise scripts and source copyright-free footage, music and B-roll
• Edit each video (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut or similar), add engaging motion graphics, and produce a crisp final cut under 5 minutes
• Design click-magnet thumbnails and craft SEO-friendly titles, descriptions and tags (TubeBuddy/vidIQ experience is a plus)
• Upload on a set schedule, add cards/end screens, monitor performance and tweak strategy for growth and RPM improvement
