Ongoing WordPress Growth Partner Required – Content, SEO & Google Business Management (Monthly Retainer)
Project Description
I am looking for a long-term WordPress growth partner — not just a web designer.
This is an ongoing monthly contract for a proactive company that will take full ownership of my website growth, including:
• Website development
• Continuous content creation
• SEO implementation
• Google Business Profile management
• Reporting and strategy
You must work independently and proactively — without waiting for direction
You will be responsible for deciding what to build, what content to write, what pages to create, what SEO to implement and how to grow my website organically.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Building and continuously improving my WordPress website
Creating new SEO-optimised pages monthly
Writing all website content and blog content
Full on-page SEO implementation
Keyword research & content planning
Technical SEO improvements
Managing & optimising Google Business Profile
Posting to Google Business Profile regularly
Monthly performance reporting
Monthly Zoom strategy call
Driving organic leads, rankings & conversions
What I Expect
• You must be fluent in **excellent English**
• You must take initiative — no hand-holding
• You must act as my **growth partner**, not a passive supplier
• Monthly Zoom call with clear reporting
• Clear evidence of past SEO growth results
• White-hat SEO only
• Strong communication & transparency
