I run a young YouTube channel built around recorded interviews and I’m ready to step up to a consistent weekly release schedule. To keep quality high while accelerating output, I’m looking for support in two key areas:

• Research each guest, outline talking points and prepare engaging interview questions.
• Draft concise show notes, timestamps and on-screen prompts so recording days run smoothly.
• Slice long recordings into short highlight clips that can be repurposed for shorts and social teasers.
Channel promotion
• Optimise every episode with SEO-minded titles, tags and descriptions that rank for our niche.
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and schedule posts across YouTube Community, Instagram and LinkedIn to drive traffic back to the full interview.
• Suggest collaborations, playlists and outreach tactics that help the channel gain steady weekly subscribers.
Acceptance criteria
1. A fully-prepared interview outline delivered at least 48 hours before each recording.
2. Finalised metadata, thumbnail and social copy ready within 24 hours after each episode is edited.
3. A brief performance report sent at the end of every month summarising growth and next-step ideas.
