Virtual Assistant for Rental Property Management
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I manage several rental homes and furnished rooms and need a virtual assistant to help with marketing, inquiries, and leasing coordination.
Your job will be to post ads, answer calls and messages, handle inquiries, do video showings, and follow up with applicants who apply through my website.
This is a long-term, part-time position for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable talking to tenant prospects.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication (spoken and written)
Ability to handle phone calls and video chats professionally (you will be provided by google phone number)
Reliable internet connection and smartphone/computer
Responsibilities:
Post and update listings on all free rental platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, Roomster, etc.)
Answer texts, and emails from interested renters (you will be given a specific email and a specific google phone number)
Provide property details and handle rental inquiries
Schedule and conduct video showings (google meet, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp)
Guide applicants to complete applications on my website (https://fayhousing.com )
Follow up with leads and report updates on showings and applications, you will have access to my website to see applicants info and follow with them through my website or email
Requirements:

Organized, dependable, and friendly attitude
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in real estate marketing, leasing, or property management
Available during U.S. business hours (Eastern Time preferred)

Comfortable with simple content writing or social media posting
