Virtual Assistant for H5P Course Content

Project Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to help assemble H5P interactive video content for online courses.
This role is highly structured and checklist-based. All instructional content will be provided. Your job is to take pre-recorded videos and build the corresponding H5P interactive video files by inserting provided elements at the correct points in the video.
Scope of Work (Very Important – Please Read Carefully)
You will be provided with:
-A completed video file
-A checklist that includes:
--Titles
--Knowledge checks / questions
--Other H5P interaction elements
--Instructions on where each item should appear
Your responsibilities will include:
-Watching the video carefully
-Pausing and scrubbing the video timeline
-Inserting provided H5P elements at the correct timestamps
-Following written instructions exactly
-Creating a clean, correctly structured H5P interactive video file
⚠️ No instructional design, writing, or content creation is required.
⚠️ This is not creative work — it is accurate, repeatable assembly work.
Required Skills & Experience
-Prior experience working with H5P (especially interactive video)
-Comfort working with video-based tools (pausing, scrubbing, inserting elements)
-Familiarity with eLearning and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to follow step-by-step instructions precisely
-Good written English comprehension
-Experience with Moodle, WordPress, or similar LMS platforms is a plus.
This role is ideal for:
-International virtual assistants

-Anyone experienced with structured, checklist-driven digital tasks
This role is not a good fit for:
-Instructional designers seeking creative work

Engagement Details
-Type: Hourly
-Estimated Rate: $15–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
-Work Type: Ongoing work may be available for the right person
-A small paid test task will be required before starting
