Virtual Assistant & Content Creator
Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I am a celebrity life coach, musician and writer for national media outlets. I am in the process of retooling my brand and looking for a virtual assistant who has expertise in content creation - specifically youtube and tiktok. As such, someone with an intuitive sense of what works on both platforms is ideal. The right candidate for me is a meticulous, self-starter with a creative eye and knack for aesthetically pleasing and clean design/layout. Some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Content Creation:
•Craft and curate engaging content, including original media, video shorts, inspirational posts, polls, advertisements, etc. Utilize ChatGPT to optimize social media content and marketing plans.
2. Video Editing and YouTube Management:
•Find and edit videos for YouTube shorts, Tiktok, IG Reels, featuring performances, interviews, and appearances.
•Develop a daily upload schedule for YouTube content, showcasing thought leaders and other icons
3. Social Media Account Management:
•Oversee YouTube, TikTok, Bandsintown (priority), and secondary accounts on Instagram, FB, Twitter.
•Create and manage a vibrant Facebook group to foster community engagement.
4. Innovative Multimedia Creation:
•Generate creative content, including YouTube shorts, reels, and other multimedia formats utilizing tools like CANVA, CAPCUT, INSHOT, ADOBE SUITE, etc plus AI tools like Vidyo.AI for cutting-edge content creation.
Required Skills:
•Meticulous, self-starter
•Great communication skills
•Proficient in using Canva, Wix, Mailchimp, WeTransfer, and Dropbox, etc
• Experience with ChatGPT, generating great prompts, and familiarity with emerging AI tools like Vidyo.AI, Canva
•Strong video editing skills for creating engaging YouTube shorts, TikTok
•Social media management expertise on platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
•Creative mindset with the ability to produce thought-provoking and inspirational content.
Strategic planning for content posting schedules and audience growth.
•Write, edit and post short blogs
•Research and analysis
•Calendar organization, follow up
•Grow email list
•Follow up comment interaction on designated platforms
•Create design and copy for email newsletters
Preferred skills:
•Familiarity with audio podcasting platforms for distribution
•Someone who listens to and watches podcasts, interacts with inspirational content, brands, etc and has their finger on the pulse of innovative musical artists (not just pop acts)
