Viral Short-Form Content Creator (TikTok Specialist)

I’m looking for a creative short-form content creator who understands what actually makes videos go viral on TikTok.
This is not a basic editing role. I don’t need someone to just cut clips. I need someone who can think, come up with hooks, and create content that performs.
You should understand attention, retention, and how to make people stop scrolling. A strong sense of humor and relatability is a big plus.
I want someone who can treat this like their own project. The goal is to grow this together long-term, not just complete tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form videos (10–20 seconds)
- Come up with hooks and content angles
- Turn simple ideas into engaging, viral-style content
- Test different formats and improve based on performance
What I’m Looking For
- Strong understanding of TikTok and viral content
- Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks
- Creative thinker, not just an editor
- Good sense of humor and relatability
- Takes initiative and improves over time
Content Style
- Fast-paced and hook-driven
- Can include text-based videos, AI voiceovers, or simple scenario/roleplay content (e.g., dating situations)
- You choose what works best — focus on performance
Bonus
- Experience using CapCut for fast editing
- Experience with AI voice (CapCut or similar)
- Experience creating scenario-style or humorous content
- Experience using AI tools like Runway or similar for generating clips
- Proven content with strong views or engagement
