Vinyasa Yoga Instruction Sessions
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an experienced Vinyasa yoga teacher who can guide me through a short series of sessions aimed specifically at improving flexibility. For this initial engagement, I’m only looking for a basic plan: a live video class (around 45 minutes) plus a simple take-home sequence I can practice on my own.
