Video Editor with LASER Focus on Virality.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Description:
We're building a viral content machine and we're only looking for ninjas who want to grow fast, learn quickly, and create world-class content.
I don't just want a "video editor."
I want someone who knows how to make videos go viral.
You must understand short-form content at a deep level: how to engage, how to maintain attention, and how to turn a person's voice into something that captures time and holds attention.
We're guided by a team that works with Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, and some of the world's biggest personal brands, so expect high standards and plenty of feedback to help you improve quickly.
YOU MUST:
Have proof of results (before and after examples or view counts you've helped others achieve)
Show who you took from “zero to hero” (or at least share how your edits contributed to the big view spikes)
Be obsessed with watch time, hooks, retention, and pacing
Be available for daily feedback and ready to go all in — We're not looking for part-timers or freelancers with 10 clients.
Understand editing psychology (pattern breaks, zooms, subtitles, meme cuts, sound effects, pacing, B-roll layers, etc.)
Use CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci
Fast turnaround (ideally <48 hours)
Content:
Talking head style with a strong story or lesson (think Hormozi combined with a documentary film style), music videos, covers, live recordings, demonstrating something with the instrument, etc.
Topics: music, personal growth, spirituality, tarot, astrology, mindset, and more.
Bonus footage, samples, and team commentary will be provided.
Expect a minimum of 3-7 videos per week to start.
To apply, submit:
3 short videos you've edited that got real results (with links, not just Dropbox)
Screenshots or stats showing before/after views. Working with a creator (optional but HIGHLY preferred)
Who did you help go viral and how?
Your expected earnings per video (30–60 seconds for podcast-style shorts, interviews, etc. / or song-style shorts 3–4 minutes max)
Your availability and weekly capacity
One thing you're obsessed with when it comes to short-form content
We're building a long-term team here.
If you're fast, hungry, and world-class (or ready to become a world-class editor), you'll grow quickly with us.
This is for serious editors only. No nonsense, no delays, just results.
