AI Video Editor / Content Creator Required (YouTube & Reels – Long Term Work)

We are building a content team and are looking for a Video Editor / Content Creator who specializes in AI tools and AI-generated video creation.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands modern content creation and can efficiently use AI tools to produce engaging videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and long-form YouTube videos.
You will not just be cutting clips — you will be creating videos using AI workflows.
Responsibilities:
Create videos using AI tools (not only manual editing)
Produce Short-form content (Reels / Shorts / TikTok)
Assist in Long-form YouTube video production
Generate B-roll using AI (stock + AI generated visuals)
Add subtitles, captions, hooks, and retention-based editing
Use AI voiceovers (if required)
Follow a given script and convert it into an engaging video
Optimize videos for audience retention
Required Skills:
The candidate must be familiar with some of these tools (not necessarily all):
ChatGPT (for scripting/idea generation)
CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
Runway ML
Pika Labs / Pika Art
Midjourney / Leonardo AI / Stable Diffusion
ElevenLabs / AI Voice Generators

Subtitles & caption automation tools

Creative mindset (VERY important)
Understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithm
Ability to create hook-based engaging videos
