Your task is to watch each piece, spot the strongest moments, and transform them into new, platform-ready assets. The end format is intentionally open-after a quick discussion we’ll decide what mix of short social clips, written summaries, infographics, or other creative off-shoots will generate the most engagement.

Scope overview:
• Review and mine each supplied video for key sound bites, insights, or visuals
• Propose a repurposing plan outlining the number and type of derivative pieces per video
• Produce finalized assets optimized for their target platforms (captions, thumbnails, aspect ratios, file types)
• Deliver both ready-to-publish files and editable source files within the agreed timeline
