Video Content Creator (Spiritual Short-Form)

We’re producing soulful, mystical content for a new generation of spiritual learners. If you’re a creative storyteller who can independently film, edit and deliver short-form video, we’d love to hear from you.
About Us:
We are a Berlin-based creative studio building immersive learning platforms that bridge ancient wisdom and modern media. Our work combines spiritual education, cinematic aesthetics and personal transformation.
You’ll be working on two German-language brands:
• A digital sanctuary for spiritual education, built around online courses, rituals, and mystical traditions. It’s more than a platform, it’s a living ecosystem for inner awakening and sacred knowledge.
• A creator brand blending pop culture, ritual aesthetics and spiritual empowerment, known for bold visuals and personal authenticity.
Together, these platforms serve a growing audience of spiritually curious people ready to awaken and express their magic, mostly through short-form, faceless and visually striking video content.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and edit short-form videos (15–60 sec) for Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
• Produce 2 long-form videos/week (3–10 min), based on scripts or blog posts
• Film your own footage (hands performing rituals, objects, altar shots, nature, textures)
• Add music, overlays, and cinematic transitions – German texts are provided by us
• Use AI tools to generate additional imagery or animation if helpful
• Deliver fully finished content — ready to publish
• Align with a mystical, cinematic visual tone (not trendy – timeless)
• Bring in your own creative ideas, formats or storytelling styles
What You Bring:
• Experience creating content for Reels / Shorts / TikTok
• Ability to film, style and edit independently (camera or phone)
• Comfortable with faceless formats (hands, objects, symbols)
• Familiarity with AI tools (optional, but appreciated)
• Good eye for mood, rhythm, emotion & spiritual aesthetics
• Self-managing and deadline reliable
• English required, German a plus (but not mandatory)
Work Format:
• Approx. 30 short videos/week
• 2 long-form videos/week
• Fully remote
• Long-term collaboration desired
