7 Vertical Product Demo Reels — Edtech/SaaS Platform (AI-Assisted Workflow, Turkish Voiceovers Provided)

WHO WE ARE

We are Piyon Satranç Akademisi, a chess education organization based in Bursa, Turkey. Alongside our academy, we have developed our own online learning platform to support students, parents, and coaches.

We teach kids and youth using a structured methodology inspired by the Soviet School of Chess.

We are launching social media (Instagram Reels + TikTok + YouTube Shorts) and need 7 product demo videos showcasing specific platform features.

This is phase 1 of a larger project (17 videos total).

Strong performance on this phase = priority for phase 2.

Coach assigns custom homework + personalized practice plans based on student level and performance.

V5 — AI Opponents — 19 Difficulty Levels (60s)

Side-by-side demo of bot ladder from complete beginner to advanced tournament level. One of our key platform differentiators.

V6 — Live Lessons + Calculation Training (45s)

Visualization/calculation training module + how live group classes work.

V7 — Lichess Integration + Achievements (45s)

Connect Lichess account + gamification with badges, medals, and cups.

Each video should include:

✓ Source project files at delivery

✓ Minimum 2 revisions per video

✓ Horizontal 1920×1080 version for YouTube

REQUIRED AI WORKFLOW

This project relies on AI-assisted production for speed and efficiency.

• Turkish voiceovers PROVIDED by us (ElevenLabs, MP3)

• Use Midjourney / DALL-E / Flux for visuals where appropriate

• Use Runway Gen-3 / Kling / Pika for B-roll animation where appropriate

• CapCut / Premiere / DaVinci for editing

Editors without AI experience will be filtered out.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

FILE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS — IMPORTANT

You must deliver the following at the end of the project.

Final milestone approval depends on receipt of all agreed deliverables.

1. FINAL EXPORTS (MP4)

• 7 videos in 1080×1920 (vertical)

• 7 videos in 1920×1080 (horizontal)

• 7 thumbnails in both ratios

• H.264, MP4, optimized for social media

2. EDITABLE PROJECT FILES

Native project files for each video:

• Premiere Pro: .prproj (with collected media)

• After Effects: .aep (with assets folder)

• DaVinci Resolve: .drp (with media linked)

• CapCut: .capcut (with full project export)

Each video in its own clearly named folder.

3. ALL RAW ASSETS

• All AI-generated B-roll clips (Runway, Pika, etc.)

• All AI-generated images (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux)

• Stock footage source information and license details (where applicable)

• Original platform screen recordings (kept organized)

• Voiceover MP3s organized per video

4. CUSTOM GRAPHICS

• Lower-thirds (PNG transparent or source files)

• Title cards (PNG + source file)

• Animated overlays (MP4 with alpha + source)

• Icons and logos used (SVG/PNG)

5. AUDIO ASSETS

• All background music files (with license proof)

• All sound effects used

• Mixed/mastered audio stems if multi-track

7. DELIVERY METHOD

• Compressed ZIP per video folder

• Upload to Google Drive / WeTransfer / Dropbox

• Provide download link with at least 30 days access

• We will mirror to our own backup

WHY WE NEED ALL THIS

We will need to:

• Update prices when they change

• Swap product screenshots when UI changes

• Re-cut for different durations (15s, 30s, 60s)

• Translate to English in the future

• Reuse motion graphics elements in new videos

• Build phase 2 with consistent assets

Without raw files and project files, even small updates require rebuilding videos from scratch.

Full delivery of agreed project files, source assets, and editable materials is required for final milestone approval.
