Versatile Executive Assistant Needed (executive assistant for email monitoring and reply, domain management, social handle management, documentation, content for sites from AI and other miscellaneous tasks)
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day digital bustle so I can focus on higher-level strategy, and I need your help to keep every channel running smoothly.
Email
My inbox must stay at – or close to – zero. You’ll check it several times a day, flag anything that truly needs my voice, and draft clear, concise replies for the rest. Tone will vary by recipient, but professionalism and courtesy are non-negotiable.
Digital Assets
All of my domains, DNS records, and related renewals sit in a handful of registrars. You’ll monitor upcoming expirations, handle routine configuration changes, and document what was changed, when, and why.
Social Handles
Twitter, LinkedIn, and a few niche platforms need regular check-ins: replying to DMs, moderating comments, and cueing posts I’ve outlined. A light touch that protects brand voice is key.
Content Creation
I keep a bank of article ideas. Using a tool like ChatGPT or Jasper, you’ll draft first versions, add royalty-free images when relevant, and drop pieces into our CMS in ready-to-publish format. I’ll do the final polish.
Documentation & Miscellaneous
Whenever a new process appears—whether it’s a software license renewal or booking a podcast guest—you’ll capture the steps in Notion so anyone can repeat them. Other ad-hoc tasks (calendar tweaks, light data entry, vetting new software) will pop up as we work together.
Core tools in play: Gmail, Outlook web, Notion, Google Workspace, Zapier, Stripe, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Twitter, LinkedIn, ChatGPT.
Deliverables I’ll review weekly
• Inbox report with unresolved items
• Domain/renewal audit log
• Social engagement summary
• Draft blog posts or site updates
• Updated process docs
If you enjoy juggling varied responsibilities, communicate proactively, and feel comfortable learning new apps on the fly, let’s get started.
