Telegram Channel & Group Manager (Community + Content)

Description:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Telegram specialist to help manage and grow our network of Telegram channels and community chats. The ideal candidate has experience in content scheduling, basic moderation, community engagement, and understands how to keep Telegram communities active and clean.

Responsibilities:

Post regular content across multiple Telegram channels

Moderate and manage group chats (delete spam, warn/kick users, respond to basic questions)

Schedule messages using bots or automation tools (like @ControllerBot or others)

Monitor engagement and suggest improvements

Optional: help with basic content creation or translation (if applicable)

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Telegram communities

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

Familiarity with Telegram tools, bots, formatting, polls, and pinned messages

Trustworthy, organized, and available long-term

Ongoing / Long-term

Part-time (flexible hours), with potential to grow into full-time
