I run a growing YouTube channel that publishes Tamil-language videos and I’d like an experienced hand to keep the entire pipeline running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will revolve around YouTube only—no cross-platform duties for now—so I’m looking for someone who knows the platform inside out.
Here’s what I need from you:
• Video editing – take my raw footage (or screen recordings) and turn it into polished, audience-ready content with smooth cuts, basic motion graphics if they add value, clear Tamil captions when needed, and balanced audio.
• Thumbnail creation – design eye-catching thumbnails that stay true to the brand style while driving clicks.
• Content approval – act as the final gatekeeper by checking each video against community guidelines and our own quality checklist before it goes live.
• Channel management – schedule uploads, handle tags, descriptions, end screens, and keep an eye on analytics so we can tweak strategy.
• Optional video creation – when I supply only a script or idea, you should be comfortable sourcing B-roll, voice-over, or screen captures to assemble a complete piece.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every delivered video must be ready to publish in 1080p (or higher if original footage allows) with a compelling thumbnail attached.
2. All metadata—title, description, tags, cards, and end screens—should be filled out following best-practice SEO for Tamil content.
3. No copyright issues or community-guideline flags after publication.
4. Delivery turnaround: first draft within three days of receiving assets, final approved version within two days of feedback.
