Stress-Management Webinars for Counselors

Job ID: 40380295

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m developing a professional-development series that equips practicing counselors with deeper, evidence-based stress-management strategies they can immediately apply in client sessions and within their own self-care.

What I need from you:
• A structured curriculum broken into live, interactive webinar sessions (preferably four to six 60–90-minute modules).
• Engaging slide decks, facilitator notes, and downloadable handouts or worksheets for participants.
• Brief pre- and post-session assessments so we can track learning outcomes.
• Suggestions for polls, breakout-room activities, or role-plays that keep a virtual audience actively involved.

Key focus areas
• Current models of stress physiology and cognitive-behavioral coping techniques.
• Practical, low-cost interventions counselors can teach to clients in individual or group settings.
• Self-care routines that help counselors manage their own occupational stress and prevent burnout.

Please ground all material in current research, cite sources where relevant, and aim for a tone that is both clinically rigorous and warmly accessible. I’ll handle the webinar platform logistics; you supply the content, activities, and presenter script.

When you reply, let me know your experience creating mental-health continuing-education content, any certifications you hold, and a sample agenda or outline so I can see your style.
