## Scope of Work
We need someone who can:
* Create and execute a social media growth strategy
* Manage Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
* Create engaging educational and promotional content
* Design post ideas, reels, carousels, and captions
* Increase brand awareness among JEE and NEET aspirants
* Grow followers and engagement organically
* Suggest content trends and campaign ideas
* Track performance and provide regular reports
## Ideal Candidate
* Experience in social media marketing
* Experience working with education, ed-tech, or student-focused brands is preferred
* Strong understanding of Instagram growth and short-form content
* Good communication skills
* Able to work independently and suggest creative ideas

* Regular posting and account management

* Performance reports and recommendations
