Social Media Manager and Virtual Assistant with Design Skills

I'm looking for a virtual assistant with exceptional social media management skills, as well as basic design and video editing capabilities, this project would be on a monthly basis and will renew with the right candidate..

Key Tasks:
- You'll be responsible for managing my Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts. This includes scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics to drive growth and engagement.
- Your design skills will come in handy for creating engaging and visually appealing content for these platforms. This includes both graphic design and video editing, so experience in these areas is a must.
- I also need you to research businesses and reach out to them on my behalf. This will involve identifying potential partners or clients, and messaging Facebook groups with large numbers of users to increase our reach.

Ideal Candidate:
- This is a project geared towards Palestinians and Pro-Palestinians, therefore the candidate should also be pro-Palestinian
- Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of growing followers and engagement.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Experience with lead generation or outreach is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication skills, as you'll be representing my brand online.
- Creative thinker who can come up with engaging content ideas.
