What We Need
We already have raw video content, photos, and retreat footage. We need someone who can transform this content into high-performing social media posts that increase visibility, followers, engagement, and conversions.
You should have strong experience with:
Creating engaging Reels from existing video footage
Understanding social media algorithms (especially Instagram and TikTok)
Knowing the best timing and frequency for posting content
Creating strategic content mixes including:
Reels
Carousels
Stories
Short-form videos
Selecting trending and relevant music/audio
Writing compelling captions with strong hooks and calls to action
Using strategic hashtags, keywords, and SEO-friendly descriptions
Optimizing content for reach, saves, shares, and engagement
Goals
Your main goal is to help One Retreat:
Grow our social media following organically
Increase reach and visibility in the wellness/retreat niche
Generate more leads for retreat venue bookings
Attract retreat hosts and retreat participants
Convert followers into paying clients
Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos into high-performing Reels
Build a monthly content strategy/calendar
Recommend what content format to post and when
Identify trends and opportunities we should leverage
Advise on algorithm changes and best practices
Suggest hooks, messaging, and storytelling angles
Track performance and optimize based on analytics
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience growing Instagram/TikTok accounts
Understands audience psychology and social selling
Has strong video editing skills
Knows current algorithm trends and platform updates
Can show examples/case studies of accounts they have grown
Ideally has experience in wellness, retreats, luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
