This is an ongoing freelance opportunity for someone who can create high-quality content independently, follow a clear strategy, and consistently stay ahead of schedule.
### What You'll Do
* Create social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Produce a mix of:
* Static posts
* Carousels
* Reels / short-form video content
* Follow our content strategy, brand guidelines and messaging framework
* Use AI tools to improve content creation workflows and efficiency
* Create content that is engaging, audience-focused and aligned with platform best practices
* Plan and prepare content several weeks in advance to ensure a consistent publishing schedule
* Deliver editable source files for all content created
### Requirements
* Proven experience creating social media content for businesses
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and what drives engagement across different platforms
* Experience creating content for both organic growth and brand awareness
* Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content creation process
* Strong design skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Reliable and proactive
### Nice to Have
* Experience working with B2B brands
* Experience in SaaS, technology, hospitality or healthcare industries
* Copywriting experience
* Video editing experience
