About the Role
I am looking for a freelance content creator to work closely with me to plan and produce Instagram content for an online fitness coaching brand. The role focuses on turning coaching ideas, training insights, and daily experiences into simple, clear, and engaging Instagram posts.
This is a collaborative role. You will help ideate content together with me, then assist in turning those ideas into posts that are clean, consistent, and easy to consume.
Responsibilities
- Plan and organise biweekly or monthly Instagram content calendars together
- Brainstorm post ideas based on coaching topics, client questions, and training themes
- Create simple Instagram carousels and story graphics using Canva
- Edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut
- Add captions, basic overlays, and text formatting
- Maintain consistent visual style across posts
- Prepare content drafts ready for posting
Requirements
- Experience creating Instagram content (fitness experience is a plus)
- Comfortable using Canva and CapCut
- Able to translate ideas into simple, clear visual content
- Good sense of pacing for reels and carousel flow
- Able to work independently after initial direction
- Open to feedback and iteration
Nice to Have
- Interest in fitness, gym culture, or strength training
- Understanding of educational or coaching-style content
- Basic understanding of what performs well on Instagram
