Responsibilities
Turn provided content/material into engaging short-form videos
Create fast-paced edits optimized for Instagram Reels/TikTok
Add captions, hooks, transitions, and strong pacing
Follow project guidelines and deadlines
Deliver content consistently and professionally

Requirements

Experience editing TikTok/Reels/Shorts content
Understanding of viral hooks and retention editing
