Seeking Authentic, Ungraded 4K Travel Footage Library for Luxury Brands: @LuxurySoloExplorer, @FlyWithPassport, & @LuxuryJunket
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
We are building a premium, royalty-free stock footage library to visually define our three high-end travel brands: @LuxurySoloExplorer, @FlyWithPassport, and @LuxuryJunket. We are looking for high-quality, authentic, and ungraded 4K video footage captured by passionate travelers, amateur photographers, or videographers who frequently explore high-end and unique destinations.
We are specifically looking for footage that tells a compelling story of everyday luxury and immersive travel experiences that align with our brand ethos.
What We Are Looking For
Footage Requirements:
Format: Pure, clean, raw 4K resolution footage (ungraded/unfiltered).
Content Focus: Footage must convey a sense of luxury, sophistication, and authentic travel.
Locations: Famous tourist destinations, high-end airports/lounges, luxury resorts, pristine beaches, vibrant city nightlife, fine dining experiences, and unique local interactions that showcase a premium travel lifestyle.
Composition & Storytelling: A compelling mix of:
Wide Establishing Shots: To set the scene and location.
Tight Details: To capture texture, feeling, and the small moments that tell a story of everyday life.
Sound: Ambient sound is acceptable, but NO additional voiceover or speaking is permitted. A brief mention of your current location at the start of the first clip in the sequence is helpful for organization.
Stability: Gimbal or tripod usage is strongly preferred. High-end smartphone footage is acceptable, but it must be clean and free of any distracting camera shake.
Deliverables & Compensation:
Compensation: Fixed Price of 50 AUD per 30 minutes of solid, usable footage.
Delivery Increments: Payments are made upon delivery of a collection of individual clips that collectively total at least 30 CUMULATIVE minutes of usable, clean, raw 4K material. You may send as many clips as needed to reach this 30-minute total.
File Transfer: Upload the original files (no compression) using Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or WeTransfer.
Submission Process
Please submit your footage along with a simple, organized shot list that includes:
Video File Number: (e.g., Video 1, Video 2, etc. - in numbered order for ease of editing).
Location: (Specific city/country and place, e.g., "Paris, France - Champs-Élysées").
Date: (Day/Month/Year).
One-Line Description: A brief note on what is happening on screen.
Rights & Usage
By accepting payment, you grant our brands full, perpetual, and worldwide royalty-free rights to use, edit, and distribute the submitted footage across all our channels for commercial purposes.
